After a few requests by my wife, we watched the documentary My Date With Drew that tells the story of an indie film maker with a personal challenge of getting a date with Drew Barrymore in 30 days or less using no more than about 1000 dollars.

I always enjoyed her in The Wedding Singer, which is a good Sandler comedy as well.

ReplyDeleteI just think she's adorable. I managed to miss all her "I'm not a kid, I'm a slutty teen" films, thank goodness...but I've enjoyed most everything I've seen her in.

Scream has one of the best openings I have ever seen in a movie, but Drew's heartfelt and career defining performance in RiCwB takes the top spot for me.
