Okay, so it's not a sign in front of a church, just a message from an undesignated person/church. It has happy Christian messages on it like "Forgive," (in green with the high quality stick people and in blue on the hood) "Romans 10:9," etc.I think this is so funny...just an ugly abandoned postive-propoganda vehicle on the side of the road.
